SYMPOSIUM: Beyond Save the Date: Buzzwords – Thinking Diversity Ahead at Universities

In October 24, 2023, the topic of "Diversity at Universities" will once again be brought into focus by the Coordination Office for Equal Opportunity in Saxony in order to survey the field once again with a one-day symposium more than five years after the first "Diversity Dialog Rounds": What has changed? What does good diversity policy practice at universities look like?

Women wanted! Call for the 30th anniversary of the OVGU

Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and to mark the occasion, the BfG is looking for women of the OVGU whose work has shaped the university in the past or continues to do so today.

Deadline for submission proposals: August 31, 2023 to (with justification).

Announcement for the Gender Research Award in Saxony-Anhalt

The prize is awarded to outstanding theses (master's theses, state examination theses, dissertations and post-doctoral theses), scientific publications as well as artistic and creative works that incorporate a gender perspective and deal with it to an appropriate extent. The prize is explicitly aimed at works from all disciplines.

Announcement Ladies Night Poster Prize 2023

The call is aimed at female students from the engineering field of STEM subjects.

Task: To prepare a summary of one's own scientific work in the form of a scientific poster, which is understandable and convincing for the non-expert reviewers.
