Within the scope of funding by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (AA), the International Office of the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg announces 6 financial aids for foreign students and doctoral candidates of the OVGU. Applicaion deadline: September 14, 2025

With “RISE Worldwide” the DAAD offers bachelor's students (also: state examination & diploma, not for master's degrees) in the fields of natural sciences, engineering, medicine, psychology, and computer science the opportunity to do a research stay in Canada. The research internships will take place from May 1, 2026, at the earliest, for 10-12 weeks. The full scholarship also covers insurance, mentoring, and a travel allowance. Applications are open from August 7 to September 18, 2025.
