Graduation Ceremony

Congratulations on successfully completing your studies at the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering!

On November 28, 2026, the official graduation ceremony will take place for all FVST students who completed their degree between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026.

Please save the date now!

Here is some important information to help you plan ahead:

•  In September 2026, you will receive your personal invitation via your OVGU account.
  If you no longer have an OVGU account, please send your contact details (email address, name, and student ID number) to fvst.dekanat@ovgu.de so that we can make sure the invitation reaches you.
• You may bring 3 guests to the event.
• The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. in Lecture Hall 6 at OVGU.

 

!!! Students who complete their studies on or after October 1, 2026, are expected to be invited to the next graduation ceremony in autumn 2027. We will inform you as soon as the date has been confirmed.
