motorway network.
Coming
from Berlin or Hannover via A2 depart at 'Magdeburg-Zentrum'
and follow the city highway (Magdeburger Ring) to exit 'Wiener Straße' (approx.
12 km). Turn right 3 times and follow signage "Uniklinik Magdeburg".
Right behind the main entrance, next to the helipad, is the Institute of
Biology. You can enter the Institute of Biology (brown building) by
crossing the courtyard.
Coming from Halle/Leipzig
via A14 depart at 'Sudenburg', follow signage Magdeburg-Zentrum on the
city highway (Magdeburger Ring) to exit Fermersleber Weg (approx. 7 km).
Turn right twice, follow signage "Uniklinik Magdeburg". Right behind the
main entrance, next to the helipad, is the Institute of Biology. You can
enter the Institute of Biology (brown building) by crossing the
courtyard.
by public transport:
From Magdeburg station "Hauptbahnhof" (main
entrance) take the tram Nr. 3 (direction: "Leipziger Strasse") to the
stop "Brenneckestrasse" (approx. 15 min).
From the city center take the tram Nr. 9 (direction: "Leipziger
Strasse") to the stop "Brenneckestrasse" (approx. 15 min).
From the tram stop turn right into Brenneckestrasse and after approx.
400m the yellow-brown institute's building appears at the right. After
about 10 minutes walk you can reach the Institute of Biology (Haus 91).
